Hi, I'm Thomas. I build small web tools and write about making them, mostly with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting these days.

I've shipped things that people use, and things nobody ever saw. The hard part was almost never the building. It was getting the thing in front of anyone. So this site is me being honest about all of it: the decisions, the tools, and the ones that quietly died.
